FieldRep Ops is an operating and financial platform for surgical device distributorships, operated by FieldRep Ops. This policy covers the fieldrepops.com website — a pre-launch, early-access landing page. It does not cover the FieldRep Ops platform itself, which is governed by separate business agreements with each customer.
If you submit the early-access inquiry form, we collect the information you type: your name, company, email address, and any optional note you include. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, any patient information, case data, or other sensitive health information through this form.
We use Google Analytics to understand how this website is used. It collects the pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. We do not use advertising scripts, and nothing we collect is shared with advertisers.
Your contact details are used only to respond to your early-access request. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not share your information beyond the service providers listed below.
Web3Forms — delivers the early-access form to us by email. Web3Forms briefly stores each submission, holding it for up to 30 days before deleting it.
Google Analytics — measures how this website is used, as described above.
Google Fonts — our pages load their typefaces from Google's font servers. This involves your browser making a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not sell your information, and no other third-party services receive data from this website.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to measure how this website is used. We show a notice about this on your first visit; analytics runs for all visitors. You can block or clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Inquiry form submissions are sent to us by email, briefly stored by Web3Forms for up to 30 days, and retained by us only as long as needed to follow up. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months under our account settings, after which it is automatically deleted by Google.
You may request that we delete your inquiry submission at any time. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you may also request access to the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing. To do any of these, email us at the address below.
This website is directed at business professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Given the limited scope of this page, significant changes are unlikely before the full platform launches.
