FieldRepOps is an operating and financial platform for surgical device distributorships, operated by FieldRepOps. This policy covers the FieldRepOps.com website — a pre-launch, early-access landing page. It does not cover the FieldRepOps platform itself, which is governed by separate business agreements with each customer.

What we collect on this website

If you submit the early-access inquiry form, we collect the information you type: your name, company, email address, and any optional note you include. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, any patient information, case data, or other sensitive health information through this form.

This page does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts. No data is collected beyond what you submit in the form.

How we use it

Your contact details are used only to respond to your early-access request. We do not add you to a marketing list, share your information with third parties, or use it for any other purpose.

Third parties

Google Fonts — this page loads two typefaces (Cormorant Garamond and DM Sans) from Google's font servers. This involves your browser making a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

No other third-party services receive data from this website.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies.

Data retention

Inquiry form submissions are sent directly to us by email and retained only as long as needed to follow up. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months under our account settings, after which it is automatically deleted by Google.

Your rights

You may request that we delete your inquiry submission at any time. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you may also request access to the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing. To do any of these, email us at the address below.

Children

This website is directed at business professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Given the limited scope of this page, significant changes are unlikely before the full platform launches.
